Owned and operated by Kathy—a certified, highly skilled professional groomer—the salon is known for its gentle, compassionate approach to grooming dogs of all breeds, including seniors, special-needs pets, and dogs with behavioral challenges. Kathy is an active member of C.E.R.T. and is certified in animal emergency disaster response, dog behavior and training, pet first aid, and CPR. Her extensive training allows her to spot early signs of health concerns such as unusual lumps, skin issues, or other conditions that may need a veterinarian’s attention. Her golden retriever, Buddy, is certified in fire and rescue and also serves as a therapy dog, embodying the mission and heart of Classy Critters.
